Update
Since competing at the Arnold Sports Festival, my training has shifted into a different gear. In addition to hitting the competitive lifts, this year's transitional off-season phase has been full of metabolic conditioning and cross-training workouts. Time sure flies. In just a few shorts weeks I'll start preparing for a meet again. This time it's the 2008 NAPF North American Regional Powerlifting Championships in Oranjestad, Aruba. In addition to the IPF worlds in Canada, this will give me another shot at qualifying for the 2009 World Games in Taiwan. After competing for the women's team in Aruba, I'll be assisting Matt in coaching the men's team. It looks like this will be a busy summer after all. Stay tuned and I'll be sure to keep you posted with my progress.
